Invoice Analyst

Overview

Invoice Analyst responsible for reviewing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring on-time approvals for payment.

What you'll do

• Review invoices for accuracy and approve them for payment within established service level agreements.
• Identify funding gaps to support timely payments.
• Initiate cost savings claims with suppliers when billed amounts deviate from contractual pricing.
• Escalate discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and contractual rates.
• Maintain data integrity of vendor charges within the TEM database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data quality.
• Assist in managing internal relationships to address payment issues, billing questions, and disputes.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or another business discipline (preferred).
• Have 4–6+ years of experience with payment systems in large multinational companies (including accounts payable operations and invoicing procedures).
• Be experienced with systems like SAP (preferred).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Use advanced spreadsheets and basic data analytics.
• Show strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Meet deadlines consistently with a sense of urgency.
