iOS SDK Engineer (Mid/Senior)

Overview

iOS SDK Engineer (Mid/Senior) to build and optimize Verve’s iOS HyBid SDK ecosystem, including core networking, ad-rendering, telemetry, and packaging/migration work with strict SDK constraints.

What you'll do

• Develop, refine, and maintain core iOS HyBid SDK functional modules.
• Optimize core networking and ad-rendering modules while ensuring thread-safety and memory-constraint adherence.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to estimate effort, refine technical requirements, and prioritize delivery.
• Work with the Android team to ensure cross-platform parity by comparing Kotlin/Java logic.
• Build and validate iOS framework bundles for Swift Package Manager (SPM) distribution alongside legacy channels.
• Develop isolated embedded telemetry to log local runtime faults without intercepting the host app’s crash framework.
• Maintain CI automation with GitHub Actions and run tests in BrowserStack and Sauce Labs.

What you'll need

• Level II requires 3+ years of professional iOS application engineering.
• Level II requires hands-on exposure to framework development, module creation, or large-scale shared developer utilities for external clients.
• Level III requires 6+ years of specialized iOS software development.
• Level III requires a history of deploying, optimizing, and scaling static/dynamic binaries (.framework and .xcframework) consumed by third-party applications.
• All levels require strong Swift and Objective-C skills, including understanding ARC and asynchronous protocol layers.
• All levels require understanding SDK constraints for delivering robust SDKs into varying host environments.
• All levels require basic familiarity with Android (Kotlin/Java) patterns to troubleshoot cross-platform parity.
