Overview

Software Development Engineer II for building and improving iOS applications, iOS frameworks, and APIs with a focus on performance, stability, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Drive app performance, stability, and reliability using key metric monitoring.
• Modernize the app by migrating legacy APIs and UI tools to newer iOS frameworks and patterns.
• Design, develop, and maintain core iOS frameworks and shared components and tools.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Define and uphold mobile engineering best practices, standards, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user experiences and create technology prototypes.
• Mentor iOS developers and support knowledge sharing such as blogs or thought leadership.

What you'll need

• Intermediate iOS development knowledge using Swift/Obj-C, architectural patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience profiling performance using Instruments in Xcode.
• Strong Swift and Objective-C coding ability plus CS & OS fundamentals.
• Experience with CI, CD, and unit testing on iOS.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, innovative solutions.
• Communication and collaboration skills for mentorship and teamwork.
• 2-4 years of professional experience as an iOS mobile developer with hands-on Swift/Obj-C.
