Senior Software Engineer - iOS

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (iOS) to architect, build, and deliver high-quality iOS applications, providing technical leadership and mentoring within the Mobile Engineering team.

What you'll do

• Deliver complex, large-scale iOS projects while maintaining quality, performance, and reliability.
• Set and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Lead technical decision-making by guiding design decisions and resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Improve platform scalability, application performance, maintainability, and customer value.
• Identify technical risks and long-term opportunities to improve system architecture and platform health.
• Lead proof-of-concept and technical explorations for new technologies and architectural approaches.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years developing iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong expertise in iOS frameworks and technologies including UIKit, SwiftUI, and CoreData.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON-based services, and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, performance optimization, and app lifecycle.
• Experience building apps with offline functionality and synchronization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design teams.
