iOS Software Engineer

Overview

Build and own the iOS client experience for an AI-focused product, with responsibility for performance, reliability, and user trust.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate AI-powered features through backend APIs.
• Design interaction patterns for loading, streaming, retries, and fallbacks.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Capture user signals and feedback for AI evaluation and iteration.
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers on APIs and system behavior.
• Maintain App Store quality, stability, and production reliability.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features into mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of async/await, concurrency, and background tasks.
• Experience with iOS performance and memory optimization.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production iOS apps.
• Ability to design for latency, partial failure, and non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Familiarity with SwiftUI, SPM, SQL or NoSQL, or TensorFlow Lite.
