Overview

iScala Support Consultant providing L2/L3 techno-functional support for iScala Finance operations, including issue resolution, finance workflow support, and finance system enhancements.

What you'll do

• Support and manage iScala Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Financial Reporting.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Configure and support finance workflows and business processes.
• Handle issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Perform techno-functional analysis, troubleshooting, and support integrations and data validations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

What you'll need

• ERP finance process expertise and finance/accounting process understanding.
• Financial reporting and reconciliation knowledge.
• ERP support and customization experience for iScala.
• SQL and database knowledge, including stored procedures and data extraction/reporting.
• Experience supporting batch jobs and reconciliation activities.
• Knowledge of procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles.

Details

• Work location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Shift: rotational shift on IST morning (6am to 3pm) and afternoon (3am to 12am).
