IT Administrator

Overview

An experienced System Administrator will manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems, end-user computing, network connectivity, IT assets, and day-to-day technical operations across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems, and end-user computing.
• Manage network connectivity and day-to-day technical operations.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support and manage incidents.
• Support multi-location IT operations.
• Use AI-based tools to improve IT operations and support efficiency.

What you'll need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktop, Linux, and enterprise IT support.
• Linux experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in L1/L2 troubleshooting, ticket management, and SLA-driven support.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
• Active Directory experience.
• Experience in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and multi-site support.
• Familiarity with server environments and Linux administration.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn AI tools, scripting, and automation techniques.

Nice to have

• AI knowledge / experience.

Details

• Work mode: 5 days a week in the Magarpatta, Pune offices.
• Regular interaction with global users across different regions and time zones.
