IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure

Overview

IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure for GenAI Deployment and Support within Caterpillar’s Global Finance Services Division, supporting enterprise Digital Signage and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) technologies.

What you'll do

• Provide Digital Signage services for the CommandCenter HD platform.
• Configure and optimize content, media, playlists, player devices, displays, scheduling, templates, layouts, and access controls.
• Design and implement enhancements to improve content delivery, platform performance, and audience experience.
• Monitor and evaluate platform performance, availability, and operational health.
• Analyze and resolve platform-related issues.
• Provide UCC endpoint and collaboration services including configuration and optimization of phone and Teams Rooms/Calling components.

What you'll need

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new skills faster.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Preference: based out of Bangalore office.
• Work mode: onsite five days a week in the office.
• Work timings: 01:00 Noon - 10:00PM IST.
