IT Engineer

Overview

IT Engineer responsible for owning Ema’s corporate IT environment end to end, with an emphasis on automating recurring IT operations using agentic tooling. The role focuses on reducing manual work over time while improving employee IT experience.

What you'll do

• Design agentic workflows to automate recurring manual IT tasks.
• Automate identity and access processes including onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews.
• Automate SaaS lifecycle tasks such as maintaining inventories, tracking utilization, and reclaiming unused licenses.
• Operate endpoint security by managing fleet MDM, OS patching, encryption baselines, and drift detection.
• Generate continuous audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance frameworks.
• Standardize IT runbooks, manage integration registries, and provide Tier 1/2 support with defined SLAs.
• Act as an in-house expert for Finance and HR on tool/subscription administration issues.

What you'll need

• Use AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations to eliminate repetitive work.
• Have 0–2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure, Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms.
• Follow security protocols and maintain precise documentation for compliance processes.
• Communicate clearly in technical writing and verbal communication as an interface for internal stakeholders.
