IT Manager, Commercial Applications (Salesforce Sales Cloud O2C)

Overview

IT Manager for Commercial Applications in the EMEA Applications team, directly managing teams supporting commercial applications and integrations.

What you'll do

• Manage people processes including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
• Coordinate tasks supporting technical delivery teams and third-party development partners.
• Work with the Production Support Manager to support incident and request resolution SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership for commercial applications and associated integrations.
• Support production releases and manage environments for workstreams alongside environment leads.
• Represent EMEA business and regional IT needs with global technical architecture teams.
• Ensure compliance with global IT policies, standards, and processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and/or integrations teams.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processing and how Salesforce integrates with downstream order management and e-commerce systems.
• Hands-on technical role earlier in career (developer, integration engineer, or solutions architect) before moving into management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (config, integrations, or development) is essential.
• Prior line management responsibilities including recruitment and performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid SDLC processes.
• Excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills.

Details

• Work mode: remote home office; hybrid may be available for eligible candidates near a Dexcom site.
• Travel required: up to 10%.
• Location: Remote - Spain.
