About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives within our dynamic organization. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and task completion
• Monitor project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Implement Agile project management methodologies and leverage tools like JIRA to ensure efficient and transparent project execution
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial targets
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively develop contingency plans to ensure project success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their needs
• Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve future project management efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA and Agile practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Familiarity with Project Management, JIRA, and Agile Methodologies
