Overview
IT Project Manager (Delivery Management Professional) for pharma medicines TechOps, leading moderately complex deliveries and defining/controling scope for medium to large initiatives.
What you'll do
- Independently define, manage, and control scope of medium to large initiatives or workstreams.
- Lead and facilitate scope definition aligned to strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and team dependencies.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate scope-related risks and manage scope changes.
- Independently lead analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems using root cause analysis.
- Develop stakeholder communication plans and manage relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Select and tailor delivery methodologies and manage dependencies between activities.
What you'll need
- Proven track record in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach).
- Experience managing delivery of complex features or projects across functional areas.
- Demonstrated experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and contributing to business planning/forecasting.
- Strong ability to select, adapt, and apply delivery methodologies to optimize results.
- Proficiency using advanced delivery tools and techniques to manage complex processes and dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and comprehensive improvement plans.
Details
- Location: Hyderabad.
- Travel availability: up to 20% of the time.
- Regular meetings outside standard business hours due to global team and main stakeholders in NALA and EMEA.
