Senior Delivery Management role providing expert guidance for complex, strategically critical IT deliveries. Leads scope, delivery problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the execution of roadmaps and Agile change initiatives.

What you'll do

• Define and champion scope management strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Oversee significant scope changes to ensure strategic alignment and minimize disruption.
• Lead analysis of complex delivery problems and drive strategic solution consensus.
• Identify key senior stakeholders and develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Influence stakeholder decisions, navigate conflicts, and build collaborative relationships.
• Embed Agile best practices and lead organizational change initiatives for major programs.

What you'll need

• Proven track record operating in a delivery management archetype with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex delivery programs.
• Experience embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across boundaries.
• GxP experience in Pharmacovigilance is required.
• Experience managing aggregated reporting systems and other reporting tools (e.g., Spotfire).
