Patient Safety Risk Management Project Manager - Pharma R&D

Overview

Delivery Management Professional (SE6) leading moderately complex initiatives for Pharma R&D, independently defining and controlling scope while driving value delivery through facilitation and analytics.

What you'll do

• Independently define and control the scope of medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams.
• Lead and facilitate scope definition, aligning with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, and team dependencies.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate scope-related risks, managing scope changes.
• Lead analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems, driving root cause analysis and eliciting stakeholder needs.
• Develop comprehensive improvement plans and contribute to solution design and validation.
• Create stakeholder communication plans and manage relationships to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.
• Deliver complex features/services/projects and select/tailor delivery methodologies with dependencies in mind.

What you'll need

• Proven track record operating in a delivery management archetype (Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives or significant workstreams.
• Experience delivering complex features or projects (e.g., service transitions or ART increments) across functional areas.
• Demonstrated experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans and contributing to business planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensive improvement plans.
• Strong business acumen to analyze business needs and translate them into effective delivery strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate workshops and resolve conflicts.
