What you'll do
- Define, manage, and champion scope for complex or high-impact initiatives.
- Lead analysis of complex delivery problems across organizational boundaries.
- Accountable for delivery management on significant initiatives, defining strategic solutions.
- Identify stakeholders and develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Influence stakeholder decisions related to delivery and navigate conflicts for alignment.
- Embed Agile best practices and lead organizational change initiatives to drive program impact.
- Handle ambiguous delivery requirements and lead delivery framework implementation.
What you'll need
- Proven track record operating in a delivery management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, STE, Agile Coach) with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex delivery programs.
- Experience embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives across product lines or domains.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Experience with GxP in Pharmacovigilance, including signal and risk management (highly desirable).
- Expertise in leading the implementation of Agile frameworks, delivery methodologies, and other best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills for cross-boundary delivery problem analysis and evaluating strategic solution options.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to drive consensus and navigate conflicts.
