IT Service Engineer

Overview

IT Service Engineer role supporting seamless IT operations for Celonis employees globally, handling and resolving IT issues.

What you'll do

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests, resolving issues or escalating tickets.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for macOS and Windows, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the global IT Service Team via phone, email, or remote assistance to resolve incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and video conferencing equipment.
• Support mobile devices using MDM solutions such as Intune and Kandji.
• Communicate with users to understand, document, and resolve IT issues.
• Work in a shift-based support schedule to cover global time zones.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience resolving issues across macOS and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and network troubleshooting basics.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and support.
• Experience with mobile device management solutions like Intune and Kandji.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
