Overview

IT Software Engineering Expert for Roche’s MES CORE PharmaSuite Technical Expert role, responsible for technical direction, engineering quality, and operational stability of the global MES platform.

What you'll do

• Drive technical design and implementation for MES CORE PharmaSuite components.
• Ensure solutions are well designed, implementable, stable, and compliant in a GxP environment.
• Provide technical leadership and act as a senior escalation point for critical technical issues.
• Lead architecture and engineering activities across complex/multiple solution/product contexts, including documentation of architecture evolution.
• Manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions.
• Oversee compliance activities for GxP, GMP, GAMP5, and Roche quality standards.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT and MES environments.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Expert knowledge of Windows- and Linux-based operating systems for installation, configuration, hardening, and operations.
• Windows scripting with PowerShell (Linux shell scripting is a plus).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Certificate management and PKI experience across environments, including provisioning and troubleshooting.
