IT Support Engineer

Overview

IT Support Engineer contract role supporting day-to-day IT systems and processes, including Tier 1/Tier 2 support and global onboarding/offboarding.

What you'll do

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support tickets and monitor Jira/Slack IT channels.
• Manage laptop provisioning and de-provisioning for Mac and Windows via a third-party partner.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by running global processes and delivering IT training.
• Administer identity providers including Google Workspace and Okta.
• Document best practices and grow the IT Knowledge Base.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years implementing IT management software.
• Ability to independently execute IT operations end-to-end in a small, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced expertise with macOS and Windows.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Experience with SAML/SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Security and reliability focus for edge-case scenarios.
