Overview
IT Support Engineer L2 responsible for complex technical escalations, security-minded incident response, and administration across Access Governance and corporate SaaS tools.
What you'll do
- Handle L1-unresolved ticket escalations: intake, triage, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning/deprovisioning and laptop baseline setup.
- Lead incident response for phishing, account compromise, lost/stolen devices, malware, and security alerts using playbooks.
- Improve automation via scripts/APIs and Zapier/n8n (or equivalents) to reduce manual work.
- Own corporate SaaS administration across identity/collaboration tools, including configuration and access policies.
- Maintain SaaS lifecycle tools such as the SaaS registry and reporting for vendor management renewals.
- Mentor L1 through feedback, coaching, and maintaining runbooks and instructions.
What you'll need
- 5 years in IT support, with 3–5 years at L2 / Sysadmin level.
- Hands-on experience with macOS administration and end-user troubleshooting.
- Strong Google Workspace admin skills (roles, logs, security settings).
- Understanding of security and incident handling for phishing/account compromise.
- Experience with identity & access concepts (RBAC, audits, access reviews; SSO/SAML/SCIM impact).
- Ability to write and keep documentation up to date (runbooks/checklists; incident playbooks).
- Automation experience using scripts/APIs and Zapier/n8n (or equivalents).
Details
- Location: Poland (Remote).
- Working hours: 14:00–23:00 CET.
- Full ownership areas include Access Governance and SaaS administration.
