IT Support Specialist

Overview

Customer-focused IT Support Specialist providing Level 1/Level 2 support for employees in a global organization.

What you'll do

• Provide IT support via phone, email, Teams, chat, and remote tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests.
• Support and troubleshoot endpoint and workplace technologies including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tools and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune).
• Handle user access and identity management using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory, including MFA.
• Log and resolve incidents using ITSM tools and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain SOPs/knowledge articles and support automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk/Desktop Support/Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 support (including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA and access management.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, and AI-enabled support tools.
• Experience supporting macOS and Linux environments.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.
