Overview

Intern, IT Operations (6-month term) at CC&L Financial Group in Gurugram. Serve as the first point of contact for Level 1 colleague support across technology, business applications, and operational enablement.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 support for end-user technology, productivity platforms, and business applications.
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for incidents, requests, and questions across technology and business applications.
• Handle user communications via ticketing system, chat, email, and phone with professionalism and clarity.
• Translate technical and application issues into plain-language explanations and ask structured questions to assess context and urgency.
• Manage identity and access Level 1 tasks including password resets, account unlocks, and MFA setup/troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure appropriate account access at the right time.
• Improve service quality by categorizing/tagging tickets, converting repeat issues into knowledge base articles, and providing feedback to improve AI accuracy and self-service.

What you'll need

• Basic understanding of IT support or service desk concepts (academic, project, or internship experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS, browsers, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of cloud productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Basic networking concepts including IP, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern IT systems.
• Clear, calm, audience-appropriate communication with the ability to resolve and escalate appropriately.
• Willingness to document and share knowledge while following security and data protection practices.
