Service Desk Analyst

Overview

Service Desk Analyst providing IT support for PC hardware/software, peripherals, voice systems, and business applications across local and global Design Group teams.

What you'll do

• Support internal users using knowledge of information systems products and services.
• Diagnose user requests and decide whether to resolve or escalate issues.
• Handle issue resolutions, knowledge sharing, PC repairs, and PC builds.
• Use KACE to support the service desk environment and lead KACE system management.
• Resolve issues using strong analytical skills and identify automation/self-service options.
• Document and maintain an IT knowledgebase and communicate clearly with customers.
• Provide new user IT orientation and help with peer support.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of experience involving PC support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills.
• PC configuration/troubleshooting skills.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and business tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks, Rockwell tool kit).
• Networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, and IP addressing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
