Overview

Lead SAP implementation projects and provide technical expertise for system upgrades and enhancements within Genpact's Enterprise Application team.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP implementation projects, including customization, configuration, and testing.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and support documentation development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Master's in Software Engineering.
• SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) skills.
• English language proficiency at C2 (Proficient) level.

Nice to have

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• SAP Associate certification.
• SAP Professional certification.
