Senior Associate – SAP SolMan– SAP– Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) consultant to implement, configure and support SAP Solution Manager environments, working closely with SAP Basis, Functional, Development and Infrastructure teams to keep SAP operations efficient and well governed.

What you'll do

• Configure, administer and support SAP Solution Manager (7.2) landscapes.
• Implement and maintain Change Request Management (ChaRM) processes.
• Manage Solution Documentation, Business Process Documentation and Process Management.
• Configure and support IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk functionality.
• Implement and monitor Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Interface Monitoring and End User Experience Monitoring.
• Support Test Suite, Test Planning, Test Execution and Defect Management activities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Workload Analysis, Exception Analysis and Trace Analysis.
• Manage Focused Build, Release Management and Transport Management processes.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis teams on system setup, diagnostics agents, managed system configuration and SolMan upgrades.
• Ensure SAP best practices and compliance standards are followed across SAP landscapes.
• Troubleshoot SolMan-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support integration with SAP Cloud ALM and other monitoring tools where applicable.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge transfer materials.

What you'll need

• Mandatory: SAP SolMan, S/4HANA and end-to-end (E2E) implementation skills.
• 2-7 years of relevant SAP Solution Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field (Bachelor of Engineering required).
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring and supporting SAP Solution Manager environments.
• Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ChaRM, Monitoring, ITSM, Test Management and SAP landscape administration.
• Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience with Focused Insights and SAP Focused Run.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies within SAP environments.
• SAP Solution Manager certification.
