Senior Associate – SAP RCM, SAP, Advisory

Overview

Provide SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) consulting services, including configuration, integrations, testing, production support, and translation of HR business requirements into functional system designs and documentation.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors RCM templates, including Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Application Management, and Offer Templates.
• Set up route maps, approval workflows, and business rules, such as mapping position attributes from Employee Central to Job Requisitions or setting country-specific currencies.
• Manage integrations between RCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing.
• Execute system testing and handle defect resolution.
• Provide tier-2/tier-3 production support for recruiting tools.
• Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into clean, functional system design and documentation.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM, candidate pipelines, applicant status sets, and rating scales.
• Familiarity with setting up admin and user permissions within the Admin Center and Provisioning.
• Understanding of Position Org Chart to Job Requisition integration and external candidate sync to Employee Central.
• 5 – 7 years of experience.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• SAP RCM.
• Education qualification: Btech, MBA, MCA, or MTECH.
• Bachelor of Engineering or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
