IT Technical Product Owner

Overview

Technical Product Owner for Dyson’s Supply Chain Systems, owning the technical roadmap, architecture governance, and operational performance of SAP supply chain platforms and applications.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the SAP Supply Chain technology roadmap aligned to business strategy and platform architecture.
• Act as technical authority for SAP Supply Chain solution design, integration architecture, and technology direction.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across SAP Supply Chain modules including S/4HANA, MM, SD, EWM and planning solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with global business stakeholders.
• Produce technical and requirements artefacts such as BRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, functional specifications, and traceability matrices.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, releases, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Define and monitor platform resiliency plans (DR/BCP) and platform health metrics/KPIs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain delivery, product ownership, solution architecture, or platform management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and one or more SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, EWM, TM, SD, QM).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integrations, and application lifecycle management.
• Proven experience managing SAP Supply Chain roadmaps, architecture, and platform delivery.
• Experience working with global AMS, implementation partners, and software vendors.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise integrations across platforms.
• Ability to engage senior business stakeholders and operate across geographically dispersed teams.
