Overview
Tech Product Owner for CLM, owning the roadmap, backlog, and delivery outcomes for onboarding, KYC refresh, client data management, document management, screening, and workflow automation.
What you'll do
- Provide subject matter expertise to collaborate between the product owner and technical teams.
- Develop and communicate product strategy and roadmap vision to stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.
- Set up assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance to identify optimisation opportunities aligned to performance standards.
- Own CLM roadmap and backlog and manage delivery outcomes for CLM capabilities.
What you'll need
- Experience defining and maintaining the CLM product roadmap aligned to business priorities, risk agenda, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to translate business demand into epics, features, and user stories for onboarding, KYC, account opening/maintenance, and workflow enhancements.
- Experience collaborating with Business, Operations, Risk & Control, and Compliance teams on requirements and delivery alignment.
- Technical depth to participate in design discussions, API/data model conversations, workflow orchestration, and integration dependencies.
- Ensure CLM features meet regulatory obligations including KYC/AML, CRS/FATCA, privacy, screening, archival, and data quality.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, story readiness reviews, showcases, and retrospectives.
