Overview
R&D Product Owner for GPQSS - Digital, owning and managing digital product delivery for service-related digital and technical solutions across tendering, engineering, service, and system design domains.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the product backlog for digital solutions across multiple portfolios.
- Translate business needs, customer requirements, and strategic objectives into prioritized user stories and features.
- Act as project manager for relevant projects and coordinate across stakeholders and teams.
- Define release plans and ensure value-driven prioritization and timely delivery.
- Gather, clarify, and validate requirements while balancing value, feasibility, risk, and compliance.
- Support agile execution by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure traceability of requirements, KPIs, and outcomes across the solution lifecycle.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in EEE or ECE with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Relevant experience in software development or digital engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering best practices, with expertise in the electrical domain.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Consultant, Project Lead, or similar role in power/energy/technical services focused on digital solutions.
- Strong technical literacy in software architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, security, and integration constraints.
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery and backlog management, prioritization, and value-based decision making.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, and SAP for day-to-day activities.
