Overview
System Engineering role focused on leading and delivering automotive system and software engineering solutions from requirements through verification and release.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team for system and software engineering, including development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Consolidate and analyze customer requirements to derive system and software requirements and solutions.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams, providing onsite support, technical guidance, and problem solving.
- Develop and evaluate system concepts, software architectures, and functional allocation across domains.
- Define embedded software platform strategies, middleware, diagnostics, communication interfaces, and application architectures.
- Create system/software requirement and test documents (PDD, SyRS, SRS, and test procedure documents).
- Drive compliance with Automotive SPICE and manage end-to-end traceability and integration/verification/validation.
What you'll need
- Graduation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software and System Engineering with team-leading capabilities.
- Competence in automotive electronic control functions, embedded software development, and microcontroller-based systems.
- Skills in software architecture design, requirements engineering, embedded C/C++, and software integration.
- Proficiency in automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, UDS Diagnostics, and AUTOSAR.
- Experience in functional safety development compliant with ISO 26262 and ASPICE process compliance.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jira, or equivalent.
