Overview

Custom Software Engineering Lead responsible for the technical direction and architecture of bespoke software solutions, leading teams from design through delivery.

What you'll do

• Own technical direction and architectural design for custom software solutions.
• Lead teams through the design-to-delivery development lifecycle.
• Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Plan and execute software development projects aligned to strategic objectives.
• Mentor and support team members to improve team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve technical challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Front-end knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework(s).
• Back-end experience using Java-based frameworks and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with database management systems and efficient query writing.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.

Details

• Based at Pune office.
• Required to work from Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
