Overview

Lead Software Engineer for digital transformation, responsible for analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of software experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
• Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready, testable code.
• Create designs that follow architectural best practices with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements.
• Make design and coding decisions with customer experience in mind.
• Conduct code reviews and apply feedback to meet standards.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
• Prioritize and size tasks for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Adherence to agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Technical expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues and mentor junior engineers.
• Ability to collaborate across all aspects of product development.
• Ability to define and fulfill end-user solution requirements.
