Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer focused on guiding software engineering practices, software design, and technical delivery within the team, including mentoring engineers and supporting cross-team efforts.

What you'll do

• Drive strong coding practices and solid software design decisions across the team.
• Grow and mentor engineers on technical skills and career development.
• Assist cross-team strategic efforts to influence efficient business value delivery.
• Understand cross-team technical roadmaps and advocate new product abilities based on technical strategy and constraints.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Have 6 to 8 years of relevant technical experience.
• Have 5 or more years of leading a software engineering team.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, product management, tactical planning, and leadership skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicate with engineers, product owner, scrum master, third-party vendors, customers, and others.
