Manager - Pension Administration

Overview

Manager - Pension Administration oversees day-to-day operations for pension administration processes, ensuring accurate, timely, high-quality delivery and strong service to clients.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day process delivery against SLAs and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks, plan workloads, and adjust priorities based on volume and deadlines.
• Monitor queues, track progress, and ensure timely closure of activities.
• Handle first-level escalations and coordinate with senior managers for complex cases.
• Track performance via daily/weekly dashboards and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop a team through daily huddles and regular 1:1 discussions.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of operations experience, preferably in Wealth or Retirement Administration.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows including pension transactions and issue management.
• Hands-on experience managing teams and delivering high-volume, deadline-bound work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to provide clear instructions and monitor performance in fast-paced environments.
