Overview

Associate role in Customer Care / Sales & Support handling customer interactions across phone, email, chat, or social media.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate, timely information about products, services, or policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines; maintain documentation and update customer records in CRM.
• Analyze customer problems and propose solutions or alternatives.
• Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution (e.g., technical support, billing, logistics).
• Support customer retention with upsell/cross-sell and gather feedback for improvement.

What you'll need

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or Sales.
• Fluent/proficient English language proficiency (C2).
• Experience in customer care/CRM and customer relationship management.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain customer data and prepare reports.
• Comfort with Microsoft Applications/Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of data literacy/data management and familiarity with generative AI (as listed in required skills).
