What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
• Write production-ready, testable code and take full stack ownership.
• Create designs aligned to architectural best practices, including scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
• Review code and provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
• Prioritize and size tasks for incremental delivery and communicate blockers early.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience.
