Overview

Software Engineer 2 to support digital transformation by analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining software experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
• Write production-ready, testable full-stack code.
• Create designs aligned to architectural best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and suggest operational improvements.
• Make design and coding decisions with customer experience in mind.
• Conduct and use code reviews to meet standards and development procedures.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum eight years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating within a team and across the organization.
• Adeptness with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
