Technical Lead

Overview

Technical Lead to drive a scrum team and act as the team’s technical decision-maker for major decisions. Leads end-to-end application development and technical guidance across the full SDLC.

What you'll do

• Manage a scrum team to deliver project commitments on time.
• Run Agile ceremonies and coordinate with Product Owners to balance roadmap and capacity.
• Develop and oversee complex application development across backend, frontend, and data.
• Contribute to source-code management and work item tracking practices.
• Lead estimation during sprint planning and PI planning exercises.
• Provide technical consultation to engineering management.
• Champion architecture standards and engineering guidelines set by technical leadership.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 4 years on PHP-based SaaS applications.
• 2–4 years of experience leading and managing a scrum team.
• Deep PHP proficiency with Zend/Laminas Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Lucee (CFML) for server-side rendering.
• 3+ years working with React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and Redux Saga.
• Strong REST API design, development, and integration skills.
