Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Lead hands-on development of scalable, secure enterprise applications across the full technology stack. The role covers web applications, APIs, microservices, cloud-native systems, integrations, and distributed systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and services.
• Build scalable full-stack solutions, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Support containerized workloads on Kubernetes platforms.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Design REST API and event-driven enterprise integrations.
• Improve code quality through testing, peer reviews, and engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise-scale application development.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Full-stack experience across front end, back end, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework skills.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, data modeling, and query tuning.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and Bitbucket.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or customer-facing enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of asset, entitlement, subscription, SaaS, or order-to-cash processes.
• Experience with identity management, event streaming, observability, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering practices.
