Tech Lead (Mobile) Android and IOS - Vadodara

Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance Android and iOS applications. Own mobile architecture, technical direction, engineering standards, and delivery quality.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design, development, and delivery across the mobile application lifecycle.
• Own mobile architecture, design patterns, technical standards, and engineering practices.
• Review technical designs and code while enforcing quality and security guidelines.
• Mentor mobile developers through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, DevOps, and business teams.
• Resolve performance, stability, technical, and production issues.
• Improve testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and application quality.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Android with Kotlin/Java and/or iOS with Swift/Objective-C.
• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and scalable application architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, backend services, and third-party SDKs.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, memory management, and crash analysis.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, automated releases, Git, and code reviews.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-grade or high-traffic mobile applications.
• Experience leading Android and iOS teams or working in multi-platform environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services, observability, analytics, and crash monitoring.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and distributed or client-facing teams.
• Exposure to Flutter or React Native.
