Java Angular Full Stack Technical Lead

Overview

Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming, and establishing or updating application systems and programs.

What you'll do

• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and meet goals.
• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application design follows the overall architecture blueprint.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
• Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
• Assess and manage risk and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive system analysis and programming experience for software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Expertise as a SME in at least one Applications Development area.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
