Overview

Java Backend Developer role focused on building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Framework 3.x.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications and digital platforms.
• Develop and optimize backend services for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle 19c for efficient queries and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable fixes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices across the lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in Java 17 and modern Java development practices.
• Expertise in Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle 19c, including query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing and code quality tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
