Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

Intermediate level Applications Development Programmer Analyst working with the Technology team on new or revised application systems and programs. You’ll contribute to application systems analysis, programming, testing/debugging, and security assessment.

What you'll do

• Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.
• Identify and define system enhancements using script tools and code analysis.
• Consult with users/clients/technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
• Apply programming language knowledge for design specifications.
• Analyze applications for vulnerabilities/security issues and conduct testing and debugging.
• Serve as advisor/coach to new or lower level analysts and act as SME to stakeholders.
• Identify problems, evaluate information, and recommend/implement solutions.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Intermediate level experience in an Applications Development role.
• Experience in Java Technologies.
• Experience with Angular UI.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
