Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

Java Full Stack Developer role focused on leading delivery, coaching team members, and building Web/API solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead junior developers to drive the project to completion.
• Engage the vendor on technical matters, including solution review, delivery impact, quality feedback, and IT security/effectiveness alignment.
• Manage and report technical risks.
• Control and maintain development quality using standards, frameworks, source control, and technical/code reviews.
• Provide guidance to team members.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle when needed from design to unit test through release and implementation support.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Spring Batch, Multi-Threading, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and PostgreSQL/OracleDB.
• Hands-on experience as a senior developer, coaching team members and leading Web/API solution development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and development principles.
• Good practical knowledge of RDBMS design and SQL.
• Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework, SQL/ORM (JPA, Hibernate), and REST APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
