Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

Work as an Associate Java Full Stack Developer, contributing to Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular frontend development under close mentorship from senior team members and AI-assisted development workflows.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain UI components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build REST APIs and backend logic using Java and Spring Boot under supervision.
• Write unit tests for assigned modules.
• Fix bugs and implement minor enhancements as assigned.
• Participate in code reviews primarily as a reviewee.
• Follow existing coding standards, design patterns, and Git workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor for day-to-day coding, boilerplate generation, test writing, and debugging under review.
• Attend stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Actively ask for help when blocked.

What you'll need

• 0 - 3 Years of experience.
• B.E, B Tech, or MCA.
• Decent knowledge of Java 17+.
• Decent knowledge of Spring Boot 3.x.
• Decent knowledge of Spring Framework.
• Decent knowledge of JPA.
• Decent knowledge of modern SPA frameworks such as Angular.
• Knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular fundamentals, including components, services, routing, and RxJS basics.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, including custom CSS.
• Knowledge of SQL basics and REST API concepts.
• Knowledge of Git fundamentals.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI coding tool, such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar, for writing code, generating tests, and understanding unfamiliar code.
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code rather than accepting it blindly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of code quality tools, including SonarQube, PMD, and Check style.
• Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
