Full Stack Developer - Experienced Associate

Overview

Full Stack Developer – Experienced Associate in PwC’s Acceleration Center India, working with client teams to analyze needs, implement software solutions, and support integration and utilization of business applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for CCaaS platforms.
• Analyze system performance and optimize CCaaS platforms and integrations for scalability and reliability.
• Integrate CCaaS with CRM and related systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event streams.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python and/or Go.
• Build responsive UI components and features using Angular.
• Deploy and configure workloads on AWS services under senior guidance and monitor health via CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.

What you'll need

• At least 2-5 years of experience.
• Frontend skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React (or Angular/Vue).
• Backend skills including Node.js/Java/Python (or similar server-side language).
• Strong REST API integration experience and authentication mechanisms.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Grounding in solution design and defect management practices.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
