Overview

Full Stack Developer–Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, working on business application consulting and CCaaS platform solutions for client needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with front-end UI and back-end services/APIs for CCaaS platforms.
• Analyze system performance and optimize CCaaS platforms and integrations for scalability and reliability.
• Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM, monitoring, WFM/WFO, and reporting/analytics systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event streams.
• Build responsive UI components using Angular as per design specifications.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python and/or Go.
• Monitor application health with CloudWatch and escalate issues when thresholds are breached.
• Deploy/configure workloads on AWS services under senior guidance and troubleshoot production issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in fields including Accounting, Computer & Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or MIS.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Version control experience using Git.
• Build/testing experience including unit, integration, and test cases.
• Proficiency in software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
