Java Full Stack Technical Lead - Vice President

Overview

Senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst role focused on applications systems analysis/design and full stack development, providing technical leadership to an agile team.

What you'll do

• Lead analysis and design of new or revised application systems and programs.
• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and identify system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application design follows the overall architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and coach mid-level developers by allocating work.
• Drive CI/CD best practices and automated testing for quality.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development and systems analysis roles.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming for software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Proven design pattern and enterprise-level architecture implementation.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one Applications Development area.
• Java and Test-Driven Development are essential.
• Expert hands-on knowledge of Angular, React, Java/J2EE with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
