Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable software using modern architectural and engineering practices.

What you'll do

• Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions with minimal supervision.
• Implement architectural patterns and design standards with key stakeholders.
• Champion Agile and Lean practices for iterative improvement.
• Design, code, review, and optimise critical software components and services.
• Drive DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and proactive operational monitoring.
• Embed security, reliability, scalability, and performance across architecture and development.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and QA to design testing strategies.

What you'll need

• 1–4 years of professional software development experience with hands-on coding.
• Proficiency in Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Golang.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies including TypeScript and UI frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and responsive UI development.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerisation; familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.
