Job Title: Android Engineer

Overview

Build and enhance large-scale Android applications with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modular architecture, and AI integrations.

What you'll do

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build and maintain multi-module Android architecture.
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude.
• Implement AI-powered mobile features.
• Optimize application performance and Gradle build systems.
• Troubleshoot memory issues and application-not-responding errors.
• Manage AI context, agentic workflows, and AI error handling.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Android engineering experience.
• Strong Kotlin experience, including Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Hilt or Dagger dependency injection.
• Experience with Firebase Crashlytics and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Room or DataStore, WorkManager, and OkHttp.
• Understanding of MCP, context management, and AI error handling.

Nice to have

• Active GitHub portfolio with Android projects.
• Open-source contributions.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled Android applications.
