Overview

Lead full-stack software engineer role for an Investment Operations product area, focused on delivering enterprise capabilities with strong software engineering and quality/test ownership.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership across design, development, and testing.
• Define and own team-level test architecture and quality strategy.
• Balance active coding with guiding automation-first initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery using coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs.
• Mentor and coach engineers on development, automation, and testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex defects and drive preventive actions.
• Advocate for improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience with combined Dev QA responsibilities.
• Expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Extensive background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy.
• Solid experience architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
• Thorough understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Readiness to learn APL and build/debug features, with team support.
